Formed in 2011 the partners have been drawn from Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying disciplines. Our experience has been gained from within national consultancy practices, and from within the client side working alongside operations and development teams. Our experience extends across many industry sectors including Domestic, Industrial, Leisure and Retail. We feel we have extensive experience of new build and convenience stores where values can range from £150,000 to £750,000.
Whilst we’re based in Leeds, our recent commissions have proved that distance is no object in managing our commissions, ranging from as far afield as Torquay to Glasgow.

Paul Smith MRICS MAPM
Cost Consultancy and Project Management Director
Paul is a founding director of PSC Surveying Ltd and set up the business in 2011. Paul is an experienced Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, with over 30 years working in the Construction Industry. Paul’s experience includes both new build and refurbishment, from country houses, to city centre apartments, retail, commercial, industrial, hospitality and leisure, and sport/leisure, historic and listed buildings.
Paul has previously worked for a number of blue chip companies, including International Cost Consultants, International Property Development Companies and leading leisure and hospitality operators. Paul has a wide ranging knowledge of the development process and specialises in assisting the client development manager through the project plan, from feasibility through commercial negotiation through to project delivery and handover.
When time allows Paul enjoys spending time with his family, or watching Rugby and Motor sports.
